My mind is still mostly just working on role playing. I so want to draw and write but nothing is coming out well. I hope to get my mind working soon. Too much stress.
Hubby goes in for tests on his colon next week. Yup the rear probe the poor guy. Concern is driving me nuts but I am doing fairly well at not showing it all that much.
Our 12th anniversary was on Sunday. We went to the horse races and my mother and father-in-law (with his female friend) came as well. Love them much but next time we go just the two of us. Not much romance in that. My father-in-law was nice enough to pay for our meals though.
As for anything else, not much. Mom is still living with us. We still have our roommate. The cats are still their normal terrorist selves. All in all it's just another day in my roller coaster.

tagged me. The beast! Well, Avera isn't a difficult character to tell about.1. Post 9 facts about your character.

1. Avera has a fear of halflings even though she is one. This was due to a traumatic experience as a child. The only time she had seen another of her kind was while her step-father had been away and a band of brigands came in, killed her babysitter and the halfling of the group went after her.
2. There is much fear in her heart that she had a chance to turn out like Bishop, hating and despising all other people. If it had not been for her dire wolf friends she believes that she would have been just like him.
3. All of her friends had been prophesied in her dreams before she met them. Except Grobnar for some strange reason. The group believes it is because Grobnar messes up the fates or something like that.
4. Her favorite food is strawberries.
5. Besides her bow and fire mace, Avera also carries many knives hidden upon her person. The trickiest of these are two in each boot which work with a release her father had created. Due to this she had learned to fashion soles which held the knives in place. She normally only uses these in emergencies and as last resorts.
6. Kathin was Avera's mother's companion before she became hers. When she died, her mother had cast a spell to make sure that Kathin became her daughter's companion but the spell was broken and instead of allowing Kathin the luxury of being able to leave if she were too tired to go on, it made it so the leopard was only able to leave Avera through being killed. Avera knows nothing of this as Kathin refuses to tell her.
7. Avera despises titles. She goes out of her way to avoid calling people "Lord" or any other term she considers to be a snooty way of lording over others. If called on it and told she had to use these terms she would fight.
8. When singing healing songs she chooses a song which she believes suits the person she is healing or one she knows the person likes.
9. Avera adores joking around with Grobnar and making silly songs with him. It is her own sadistic way of terrorizing those who drive her nuts, or just to see others' expressions when they come up with such things as "Lice lice those mighty lice", "If flounders could talk", or anything which would make others gag.
