I have gotten a few things done and am actually working on a comic from a story and I did. I'm hoping to have it done soon. At least the first page lol

And another thing I stole - This one from - a characterization statement:

Write out the names of your characters and explain:
1) how you thought of their name
2) what made you create the character in the first place
3) how the character has changed over time (if they have changed)
4) any random fun fact about that character

For 4 I use any random fact (not specifically fun).

Karyn Kavar
1) Her name was first Black Cat but then Marvel used the name so in 5th grade I changed it to Cougar and Karyn Kavar as her real name.
2) I was young and liked hero cartoons like Underdog, Space Ghost, the Superfriends and Batman (the one with Batmite) and so on.
3) When I first created Karyn you could say that she was not a “hero” in the human sense of the word. She was made when I had a fear and hatred of people so I created her as a shape changer who killed all humans then herself to leave the world to the animals.

Now she is a character who tries to help others no matter what type of creature they are. The main part of her belief is to keep humans and other humanoids, creatures etc from destroying each other.

4) Karyn was my first alter ego character, not a fursona but a “hero” form of character for how I felt at the time. I created her when I was 5 years old.

Inferno
1) It fit with fire, flight and her temper
2) I rolled her up for a Villains and Vigilantes role playing game
3) She started out excited about fighting villains then became fed up with being pulverized, squished, mashed and almost killed all the time. Bad guys gravitated to doing nasty things to her especially.
4) The original basis in the game I first played her in is that the character was yourself in a hero environment. I didn’t want to play her when I first created her because I wanted to play a shape changer but she grew on me.

Ripper - Tchandra
1) Ripper was an easy name because she had the tendency to rip things apart.
2) I created her for a Champions role playing game
3) She’s no longer so psychotic but more antisocial
4) Ripper started out with the disadvantages of suicidal and homicidal

Fern-Lynn
1) I like fern as a name and Lynn fit with it (Lynn is part of my name)
2) I was writing Ranma fanfic and created the character
3) No changes as I haven’t used her for anything in a long time.
4) Fern-Lynn is Inferno. She decided to kick the hero business, take her training as a vet (which she got from the government as they trained their heroes) and move to Tokyo to work as a vet out of her own home. A friend of hers, a vampire, sold her a home he’d owned for hundreds of years.

Yobuko
1) I played with a Japanese English dictionary.
Yobu – call, send for, invite
Ko – a part of ukiyo – in relevance to a transitory world, fleeting life
In my mind adding these together was a combination of change, being called from one life into another.
2) I was fiddling with Inuyasha fanfics
3) I haven’t used her much
4) Yobuko has a tail, pointed ears and two spirit guides

Tigerlilly
1) I wanted a name which indicated fierce strength as well as a tenderness
2) My friend Tella ran a fanfiction contest for Lord of the Rings called My Precious Awards (aka MPA) and wanted me to write commentator stories using her character and my own as well. I created Tigerlilly, the halfling dwarf, to be Tella’s co-host.
3) Tigerlilly has gone from being a co-host for an awards ceremony who adventured with Tella on the off season completely to an adventurer who is the lead of the stories
4) She is likes eating plot bunnies

Achar
1) I was trying to come up for something for my stories which would be more fantasy related than the original name
2) Achar came into being when I was writing the hosts in the MPA ceremony for the fifth year. Marius and I wrote it all together and enjoyed doing it so much that we continued role playing the characters together; however, his version of Achar is named Mike. I asked Marius if I could use his character in my stories and he said I could and he’s been a part of it reading and enjoying the stories, and being my beta reader at times
3) First the name changed for my stories and Achar became less scared of things, he overcame fears and learned to be more centered in things he was doing
4) Achar has a thing for chocolate

Tella
1) Tella was a name I used for my friend Chantelle. When we first became friends I had moved to Alberta and was feeling a bit lonely without my cats. I also was feeling bad because a dog I had raised and my parents had was doing badly. His name was Telly. I was talking with Chantelle and accidentally called her Tella. She liked the nickname and took it as an honor that I called her that then used it online for her net name. She also used it for her MPA character and let me use the character for my stories.
2) Tella created Tella. She allowed me to use her, create what she looked like and make stories with her as long as I made her a bitch, sexy, slutty and sporting rabbit ears
3) Tella went from a sexy, slutty elf hostess and part time adventurer to a sexy, slutty elf full time adventurer. Uhm … she got bunny ears …
4) Tella likes making magical items such as clothes which wash themselves, tents which generate heat, air conditioning and a sun roof, and men’s underwear which hide, or augment (depending on the man’s wishes) his attraction
