So here is my submission.

I was having some trouble coming up with an idea then got this concept when my mind started playing this song "Silver and Gold" over and over. It is a song from the Rudolph cartoon in 1964 with Burl Ives. My first idea was a zephyr, something of the air but this fit better with how the drawing was turning out.

The other concept that got me going with her design was the idea of the twisty tail like that of a spitz or american eskimo dog.

Name: Metalynn
Element: Earth
Personality: Metalynn is as her element. Earthy and grounded with a strong sense of duty. She is easy going and will stand her ground if she believes in what she is standing up for. She enjoys having fun and is careful but will let loose. Strong willed and even tempered.

I adored that movie as a child too. Loved the Bumbles bounces comment and of course the song "Silver and Gold." I still watch if I notice it on tv :)
